Admit on the question whether the constitution of the bench without having an administrative member is a valid constitution in accordance with the provisions of RERA or not ? 3. The said issue was extensively considered by this Court in the case of Shashank Gupta v. M/S Vatika Nirman Private Limited Lucknow; 2025:AHC-LKO:48238. 4. In the present case, as the impugned order has been passed by a bench not properly constituted, thus, following the judgment in the case of Shashank Gupta (supra), impugned order dated 07.05.2024 is quashed. 5. Matter is remanded for adjudication afresh in accordance with law. 6. Present petition is partly allowed in above terms.
