The present revision has been filed for the following main relief:- "WHEREFORE it is most humbly and respectfully revisionist submits as under that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit the revision, call for the record of the aforesaid case and set aside the impugned order dated 23.11.2022 U/s 125 of the Cr.P.C. for the maintenance from the revisionist. It is further prayed during the pendency of the revision stay the operation and implementation of the impugned ex-parte order of recovery dated 23.11.2022 passed by Ld. Principal Judge, Family Court-I, District -Pratapgarh in Criminal Complaint Case no. 335 of 2014 "Khursheeda Begum & others vs. Mohd. Rais" untill disposal of the application U/s 126 of the Cr.P.C., filed by the revisionist filed before him, contained as annexure no. 1 to this revision." After arguing at some length, the learned Counsel for the revisionist states that he does not want to press the present revision and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. To the aforesaid prayer, learned AGA has no objection. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
