Hence, this writ petition. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the respondents. 3. Petitioner asserts that he is in unauthorized occupation of petition land measuring 1 acre 6 guntas in - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:5279 WP No. 2897 of 2025 Sy.No.44 and 34 guntas in Sy.No.30 both situated at Heggadahalli Village, Yesaluru Hobli, Sakaleshpura Taluk, Hassan District. Petitioner asserts that since the time of his grandfather, they are cultivating the land in question for almost five decades. Petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of the application filed in Form No.53 which is kept pending before respondent No.3/Tahsildar. 4. Learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's application with all requisite documents will be placed before the respondent No.4/Land Grant Committee. 5. Recording her assurance, this Court proceeds to pass the following: ORDER (i) Writ petition is allowed; (ii) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 are hereby directed to decide the application tendered by the petitioner in Form No.53; - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:5279 WP No. 2897 of 2025 (iii) This exercise shall be accomplished within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
