Shikha Singh but affidavit in support of the contempt application is filed by Akhilesh Kumar S/o Sri Ghanshyam Singh, R/o Pahad Pur, Mewapur, Mu Rasulpur Lilaha Tehsil- Milkipur, District Ayodhya but neither power of attorney nor proper authority letter is annexed in the application in favour of the deponent. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh. 4.
