Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondents no.1 and 2, and Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for respondents no.3 and 4. 2. The petitioner being aggrieved against non-payment of the salary for months of May and June, 2025 and of 31.01.2025 is before this Court claiming salary for the aforesaid period. 3. Sri Kumar Ayush, learned counsel for respondents no.3 and 4, on the basis of instructions sent by the District Basic Education Officer, Bahraich dated 30.07.2025 states that the salary would be released within four weeks from today. He also states that the said decision has been taken in a sympathetic manner and a warning has also been imposed upon the petitioner. 4.
