Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he has not brought on record the entire copy of the order- sheets in respect of the suit of which he sought expedition which is of the year 2019. In absence thereof, it cannot be ascertained as what is the cause of delay. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition which is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition in case any cause of action arises in future with complete and up-to-date order-sheets. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
