Petitioner’s case is that under order dated 20.05.2025, he has been transferred from Government Senior Secondary School Gaura, District Solan to Government Senior Secondary School Talyana, District Bilaspur; He also has been relieved from the Government Senior Secondary School Gaura, but he has not been allowed to join at Government Senior Secondary School Talyana, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - District Bilaspur. 3. The matter was passed over to enable learned Assistant Advocate General to have instructions. When the matter was taken up again, learned Assistant Advocate General sought a day’s time to have instructions. 4. As prayed for, list on 27.05.2025.” 2. Pursuant to the further orders passed in the matter, learned Assistant Advocate General has placed on record corrigendum dated 28.05.2025, whereby petitioner has been permitted to join the transferred station i.e. GSSS Talyana, District Bilaspur, H.P. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that corrigendum dated 28.05.2025 has addressed petitioner’s grievances. 4. Learned counsel appearing for private respondent No.6 submits that this respondent has some grievance pertaining to his transfer under the impugned transfer order and, therefore, respondent No.6’s right for seeking appropriate remedy in relation to his transfer to a particular place, be kept reserved. Prayer is accepted by reserving such liberty to respondent No.6. Writ petition to stand disposed of as petitioner’s grievance has been redressed.
