The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "1. Issue an suitable order ог direction thereby commanding/directing the Learned Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Court No.2, Lucknow to decide the Regular Suit No.3086/2019, under Section 12 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 "Vipin Kumar Gupta Vs. Shashi Gupta" expeditiously and to conclude the hearing of the aforesaid case by fixing early date for hearing, as early as possible preferable within a stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble Court, so that petitioner may not suffer agony any longer." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the Family Court to make an earnest endavour to conclude the proceedings of the abovesaid case expeditiously and in accordance with law, without giving any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 4. In case, the opposite party is not appearing, the Principal Judge would be entitled to pass orders for proceeding ex-parte.
