The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Direct the learned Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ambedkar Nagar to expedite the hearing of Original Suit No.122 of 2014 "Manshila Versus Shobhawati and others" pending since 5.2.2014 before him contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
