Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. By means of the instant petition, the petitioners seek expeditious disposal of Suit bearing Case No.204/1985 which is pending before the respondent No.1. From a perusal of the plaint, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure No.1, it would reveal that the original parties, some of them have died and their legal heirs have been brought on record, however, they are not impleaded as party to this petition. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the instant petition which is accordingly dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition with proper parties and pleadings. In case, if the petitioner moves an application for return of certified copies, the office shall do the needful within three days.
