Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the 4th respondent submitted an application on 30.04.2025, and the same was approved as per the applicable rules and regulations. 3. Since the respondents have already granted approval, the writ petition cannot be entertained.
