Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No. 255 of 2024, under Section 2/3 of the U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Raipur, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that based on three cases, the instant FIR has been lodged, but in the earlier three cases, the applicant is on bail; the applicant is not a previous convict.

This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel.

Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail.

The bail application is allowed.
7.
Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
