I have gone through the petition as well as objection application filed on behalf of the State respondent. When going through the objection application filed by the State respondent, no specific and direct evidence against the present petitioner is made out in the case. On top of that this case is pending since 2023 and the State respondent failed to submit the charge sheet till date. Accordingly, the interim order dated 01.09.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute with the following conditions: i. The petitioner shall furnish PR bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) only with one surety (local Government Employee of the State of Manipur) of the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority. ii. The petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation. iii.
