GANGA KUMAR CHAKRAVARTULA The Court made the following: 4 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.30559 of 2025 O R DE R: This writ petition is filed in not issuing No Objection Certificate to the Petitioner offering MCA, BBA and BCA despite the recommendations of Respondent No.2 through E-file No.3012360 and having requisite Permissions from the AICTE and affiliation from Sri Venkateswara University as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Petitioner is an Educational Institution offering MCA, BBA and BCA courses to the aspiring students. Subsequently, Petitioner-Institution got approvals for offering degree courses in MCA, BBA and BCA and temporary affiliation was also issued by Sri Venkateswara University. While so, as a matter of procedure, the permission from Respondent-State was awaited. However, as the same is not being considered, present writ petition is filed. 3. Learned counsel for the Respondents submits that the application of the Petitioner will be considered and appropriate action should be taken as expeditiously as possible. 4. Considering the submissions, the writ petition is disposed 5 of with the following directions: (i) Respondents are directed to examine the issuance of No Objection Certificate to the Petitioner for offering courses in MCA MBA and BBA as per the recommendations of Respondent No.2 through E-File No.3012360 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
