Zonal Micro & Small Enterprises Facilitation Council, Saharanpur had made an award pursuant to which the claimant respondent no. 3 had filed execution in which recovery certificate has been issued. 3. Petitioner has not challenged the award under Section 134 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, no writ petition lies against a recovery certificate as award has not put to challenge. No interference is required by this Court while exercising extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 227 of Constitution of India. 4. Writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
