Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the concerned authority to decide petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2025 seeking his transfer from District Ambedkar Nagar to District Bijnor or any adjoining district in terms of letter dated 15.05.2025 issued by the Consolidation Commissioner, U.P., Lucknow. 3. It is submitted that since petitioner's aged father is undergoing serious ailment and treatment from the same District Bijnor, petitioner requires to be transferred to such place for which the Consolidation Commissioner has also issued an appropriate guidelines vide letter dated 15.05.2025. 4. Since with regard to his grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 20.05.2025, the opposite party no.2 i.e. Consolidation Commissioner, Lucknow, is directed to consider the same expeditiously, within a period of two weeks from the date certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority. 5.
