Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarawan P.S. Case No. 35/2025 for the offence registered under Sections 191(2), 190, 121(1), 132, 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioners have never manhandled the police party and there is no criminal antecedent against them, as such they may be given the privilege of anticipatory bail.
4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against these petitioners, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the learned court below on their surrender shall release them on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Deoghar in connection with Sarawan P.S. Case No. 35/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023.
6. It is made clear that if the petitioner will not cooperate in investigation/trial, the State would be at liberty to take appropriate action.
