To issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to pay all monetary and service benefits to the Petitioner for two years as being Class IV she has been illegal made retire at 58 years instead of 60 years. b. The petitioner may be allowed all consequential benefits.” 2. Relief has been prayed for on the strength of decision rendered in Satya Devi Vs. State of H.P. and 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - others2. 2. Respondents have filed reply. It has not been disputed that petitioner’s case is covered in light of the aforesaid decision. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that the respondents have preferred SLP against the aforesaid decision, however, there is no interim order at present against the judgment rendered in Satya Devi’s2 case. 4. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the case of the petitioner, strictly in terms of decision in Satya Devi’s2 case, by passing appropriate order within a period of four weeks from today. The same shall be subject to the outcome of the SLP, stated to be preferred by the respondents. Copy of the order so passed, be communicated to the petitioner.
