Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:44616 Court No. - 7 Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL CANCELLATION APPLICATION No. - 83 of 2025 Applicant :- Complainant Of Case Crime No. 18/2023 Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 3 Others Counsel for Applicant :- Pankaj Kumar Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A. Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Present application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to respondent no.2/accused vide order dated 11.03.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.7539 of 2023 in connection with FIR No.18 of 2023, under Section 363, 366, 376, 506 IPC & Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, P.S. Bakshi Ka Talab, District Lucknow. 3. Submission of learned counsel for the applicant is that there was a condition that the same offence shall not be committed, however, the applicant has eloped with the same girl again. It is further argued that the petition was filed before this Court by the accused as well as the daughter of the informant for grant of protection alleging that they have married, although, no order has been passed by the Court in their favour. 4. Considering the fact that even as per the contention both of them had eloped and have married, I do not see any reason to cancel the bail granted. 5. Present application is accordingly rejected.
