By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. As per the instructions received through learned Chief Standing Counsel, which is taken on record, it transpired that petitioner no.1 was minor at the time of solemnization of the marriage which may not be permitted in the eye of law and as such there is hardly any cause of action for seeking prayer for protection of couple. 4.
