The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging order dated 01.05.2024 passed by the respondent No. 3 by which the petitioner has been suspended from the service. 2. At the out set, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now the charge sheet has been issued on 25.07.2024, KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.04.07 17:52:43 +0530 therefore, he seeks direction from this Court to the respondents to conclude the departmental enquiry expeditiously, this will serve the purpose of filing the petition. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel would submit that once charge-sheet has been issued, the departmental equiry will reach to its logical end within the time schedule prescribed under the instructions issued by the State Government therefore, would pray for dismissal of the writ petition. 4. Considering the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submission made by the learned State counsel, I am of the view that a direction may be issued to the respondents to conclude the departmental enquiry within a given time schedule. 5. Accordingly, respondents are directed to conclude the departmental enquiry within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
