Prayer in the present peon is for grant of ancipatory bail to the peoner in a case FIR No.0100 dated 05.06.2024, registered under Secons 307, 341, 323, 148, 149 IPC (Secon 201 IPC added later on) and Secons 25/27/54 of the Arms Act, at Police Staon Kamboj, District Amritsar Rural. 2. By virtue of order dated 24.01.2025, while granng interim protecon, the peoner was directed to join the invesgaon. 3. Learned counsel for the peoner has submi:ed that the peoner has joined the invesgaon and fully cooperated with the same and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. 4. Learned State Counsel, on instrucons from ASI Mustaq, has affirmed the fact that the peoner has joined the invesgaon and he is no more required for further invesgaon. 5. In view of the above, the present peon is allowed and the order dated 24.01.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of condions as envisaged under Secon 482(2) of Bharaya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
