Respondents No.2 to 5 proceeded against ex-parte. CMP No.18920 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicant/appellant. The applicant/appellant has no objection, if in case 25% of the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant. The award, in the case at hand, was decided on 12.01.2023. In terms of the award, the applicant was held entitled for 50% of the entire awarded amount. In terms of order dated 04.03.2024, the present non-applicant/appellant was ordered to deposit 50% of the entire awarded amount, in the case at hand. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. 25% of the amount deposited in the Registry of this Court, along-with up-to-date interest be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.1.
