Goswami, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4. 2. Mr. M. K. Choudhury, the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.2, 3 & 4 placed before this Court an instruction dated 12.08.2025 wherein there is a reference to the selection of Mr. Srikanta Karmakar on the basis Page No.# 3/3 of lottery conducted amongst the remaining Category-1 candidates for the RO dealership between Paglahat HS School and Tamarhat Police Station Dhubri Kochugaon Road (NH 127 B) which is the subject retail dealership. 3. Taking into account the same, Mr. B. K. Sen, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be well advised to withdraw the instant writ petition and file a fresh writ petition bringing on record the subsequent events. 4. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to re-file the same taking into account the subsequent events. 5.
