Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel and Sri Dinesh Kumar Shukla, learned Counsel for the caveator. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 19.05.2025 whereby, the matter was remanded for consideration of the case in terms of the Government Orders. 3. The contention of the Counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was allotted the fair price shop and is running even after the order dated 19.05.2025. 4. The Counsel for the respondent states that he has no objection if the matter is directed to be decided within reasonable time. He further states that no action has been taken against the petitioner as of now in pursuance to the remand order dated 19.05.2025. 5. In view thereof and considering the contention of the Counsel for the respondent, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to pass an order in terms of the remand order dated 19.05.2025 in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. While deciding the case, opportunity of hearing shall also be provided to the parties. 6. In case, the rights of the petitioner for distribution of the essential commodities would be effected, he would be entitled to approach this Court again.
