Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:45626 Court No. - 7 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 4625 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ravi Shankar Mishra Respondent :- Prin. Judge Family Court Faizabad And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Ajay Kumar,Prince Verma,Surya Deo Sharma Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of Case No.258/2022, which is pending before the respondent No.1. The submission is that the issues have been framed on 25.04.2023 and thereafter the matter is lingering. Accordingly, the proceedings be expedited. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and from a perusal of the material on record including the extracts of the order-sheets which have been brought on record as Annexure No.3, it indicates that on one ground or the other, the parties have been seeking adjournments. On 25.04.2025, the parties have sought time to mediate among themselves. However, there is nothing beyond that to indicate what was the outcome and what was the order-sheet post 25.05.2025. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition which is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned for expedition, which needless to say shall be considered and decided on its own merits. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed. Order Date :- 6.8.2025 Rakesh/- Digitally signed by :- RAKESH PRAJAPAT High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
