Ashok Kumar), whereby the proceedings under Section 170 BNS has been initiated. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly admits that the application has been dismissed as not pressed as time of six months has elapsed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed.
