Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "i. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the First Information Report dated 16.06.2025 bearing Crime No. 344/2025, registered under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352, 333, and 125 of BNS at Police Station Deva, District Barabanki, a true copy of which is annexed herewith as Annexure No. 01 to this writ petition; ii. Issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case crime during the pendency of the case." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. 4. Learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions sent by the Sub Inspector, Police Station Dewa, District Barabanki and from the same, it is evident that Charge Sheet No.342 of 2025 dated 15.7.2025 has been prepared and submitted before the Supervisory Authority for onwards submission to the Court. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. The writ petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
