First, Sultanpur to decide the case bearing Sessions Trial No.672 of 2025 under Sections 354, 323, 504, 506, 376 I.P.C. & 67 I.T. Act (State of U.P. Vs. Mohd. Asif and others) pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge/F.T.C. First, Sultanpur within the time stipulated by this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2025. He submits that ends of justice would be subserved if the trial court is directed to decide the aforementioned case bearing Sessions Trial No.672 of 2025 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court is hereby directed to decide the aforementioned Sessions Trial No.672 of 2025, with expedition, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
