Present appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 08.10.20214 passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Ist Additional District Judge, Udham Singh Nagar in M.A.C.P. Case No.280 of 2012 (New Case No.1824/2013). 2. Heard Mr. Raunak Pant, learned counsel holding brief of of Mr. Naresh Pant, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Kartikey Maulekhi, learned counsel for respondent no.1. 3. Today the matter is listed on Misc. Application No.483 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter was listed before the Daily Lok Adalat and in the Daily Lok 1 Appeal From Order No.27 of 2015-------The United India Insurance Company Ltd. vs. Heera Lal. Ashish Naithani J. 1 Adalat a compromise had been entered between the appellant as well as respondent no.1, claimant vide order dated 27.08.2025. Thus, according to the compromise entered between the parties the appeal has been decided finally. 5. The Misc. Application No. 483 of 2025 has been moved by respondent no.1 with a prayer to remit the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) deposited before the Registry of this Court, along with the accrued interest thereon, to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Udham Singh Nagar, for being released in favour of applicant/respondent/claimant no.1 – Heera Lal. 6. Having considered the prayer made in the miscellaneous application, the same is allowed. 7. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand only) along with the interest accrued thereon to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional District Judge, Udham Singh Nagar, for disbursement in favour of applicant/respondent/claimant no.1 – Heera Lal, in accordance with law. 8.
