The present petition has been filed for:- “issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding and directing the respondent authorities to provide due protection to the petitioners for their life and properties and to oust the private respondent no. 7 from the land of the petitioners bearing Khesra No. 660 Patna High Court CWJC No.9819 of 2017(2) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 under Khata No. 119 measuring an area of 1.3 acres situated in village-Dariyapur Kafen, P.S.- Kudhani, District- Muzaffarpur, who have under the patronage of the local police, especially the Incharge, Turki O.P. with the tacit complicity of the private respondent nos. 8 & 9 as well as with the help of some anti-social elements of the society, has forcibly occupied the aforesaid land of the petitioners by erecting brick wall thereon and/or for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioners may be found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they shall be approaching the appropriate competent Court for the redressal of their grievances. 4. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. perwez (Rajiv Roy, J) U
