The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No.58 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 121(2), 125(b), 126(2), 132, 133, 135, 190, 191(2), 191(3), 192, 195(1), 196, 54, 74, 75(2), 76, 109(1), 115(2), 117(4), 221, 224, 301, 324(2), 326(f), 352, 351(2), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 8B of National Highways Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner used criminal force against the police personnel while protesting against the death of woman by allegedly being pulled down by the police and consequent upon the blockage of road, attempted to murder the police personnel by assaulting them with danda. It is next submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is false. It is then submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is then submitted that four cases relating to the same occurrence being this Kunda P.S. Case No.58 of 2025; Kunda P.S. Case No.57 of 2025, Kunda P.S. Case no.58 of 2025, Kunda P.S. Case No.59 of 2025 and Kunda P.S. Case No.60 of 2025, have been registered. It is then submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. It is then submitted that the petitioner has been in custody since 15.04.2025 as is evident from para-17 of the instant bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-16 of the instant bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner undertakes that he will not indulge in any offences while on bail. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner undertakes to co-operate with the trial of the case. Hence, it is submitted that the petitioner be released on bail. Learned Addl.P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Considering the facts of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Deoghar in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No.58 of 2025 with the condition that he will co-operate with the trial of the case and furnish his mobile number and photocopy of the Aadhar Card in the court below with an undertaking that he will not change his mobile number during the trial of the case and he will not indulge in any offences while on bail.
