The petitioner seeks compensation of the land which has been acquired under the National Highways Act, 1956. The land was purchased by the petitioner after the notification under Section 3 (D) of the National Highways Act, 1956, but before rendering of the award under Section 3 (G)(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956, therefore, the claim appears to be covered by a Full Bench decision of this Court in Writ C No.30608 of 2018; Sursati vs. State of U.P. and others. 3. Let the respondent no.2- Special Land Acquisition Officer, Barabanki get the facts verified in the light what has been observed herein above and the Full Bench decision in Sursati vs. State of U.P. and others and take a decision as to the entitlement of the petitioner for payment of compensation, but with expedition, say within two months. 4.
