By this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “i. That, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and to direct the respondent no. 2 for providing the certificate copy which was applied by the VISHAKHA BEOHAR Digitally signed by VISHAKHA BEOHAR 2 petitioner vide application dated 26.12.2024 and 20.01.2025 within prescribed time limit, in the interest of justice. ii. That, this Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. The petitioner has rushed to this Court with a grievance that the concerned Tehsildar Sakri is not providing certified copy of the orders passed in revenue proceedings bearing Revenue Case No.20201100710000/88/A-6/20-21 and inspite of the application filed before the Tehsildar on 26.12.2024 which has been received by the Tehsildar on the same date and thereafter another application has been filed on 20.01.2025 which has also been received by the Collector. However, according to the petitioner, who is a widow, till date, the certified copies of the required documents have not been served upon her though she has paid the requisite amount and she is ready to pay further amount, if required. 3. From perusal of the reliefs sought by the petitioner, it is highly amazing and disturbing that the concerned Tehsildar is not issuing the certified copy for which the application has been filed by the petitioner. An application was also filed way back on 16.01.2025 before the Collector which has also been received by the Collector, Bilaspur, however, about three months have been lapsed, the Collector has also not taken any action upon it and the 3 petitioner is running from pillar to post. She is not in a position to get the certified copy of the relevant documents for which she has filed the application. 4. Upon query, learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents, on instructions, submits that perhaps the petitioner has wrongly mentioned the case number and, as such, certified copy could not be supplied, however, it has been informed that the office of Tahsildar has traced out the file and if the petitioner will move an application by tomorrow, certified copy shall be supplied to the petitioner forthwith by tomorrow itself. 5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application before the Tehsildar Sakri and, in turn, the Tehsildar Sakri is directed to supply the relevant certified copies by realising requisite fees on the same day. 6.
