The instant application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court(New) Gonda to decide the discharge application moved on 10-06-2025 in Sessions Trial No. 285 of 2025(State Vs Sudhakar Pandey) arising out of the F.I.R. No. 0224 of 2022, Police Station- Paraspur, district-Gonda. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2025 and even after passing of about one month, the discharge application has not been decided as yet. After arguing at some length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the discharge application within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the discharge application of the applicant dated 10-06- 2025, with expedition, in accordance with law considering the instructions and guidelines issued by this court; time to time. With the aforesaid observation, the instant application stands disposed of.
