The petitioner apprehending his arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 34 IPC, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence whatsoever alleged in F.I.R. and he has been falsely implicated in this present case. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has not been filed till date.
3. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials available on record; I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Jamshedpur, in connection with Kadma, P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the ‘Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023’
