Nisha Yadav, under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 pending since 28.5.2019 before him expeditiously, within stipulated time period." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned for early hearing, which shall be considered in accordance with law.
