A writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari First Information of Report dated 14.03.25 Case Crime No.0053/2025, Under sections 109(1), 115(2), 324(4), 351(3), 352, 190, 191(2) BNS, & 3(1)da, 3(1)Gha, 3(2)(va) Sc/St acts at Police Station- Kohandour Dist- Pratapgarh. Contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. II. A writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus the impugned First Information of Report dated 14.03.25 Case Crime No.0053/2025, Under sections 109(1), 115(2), 324(4), 351(3), 352, 190, 191(2) BNS, & 3(1)da, 3(1)Gha, 3(2)(va) Sc/St acts at Police Station- Kohandour Dist- Pratapgarh. Contained as Annexure No.1 not to arrest the petitioners no. 1to 4 in impugned the FIR First Information of Report dated FIR dated 24.07.25." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions, states that in this case, during course of investigation, no evidence could be found and name of petitioner has been deleted. The said instructions are taken on record. 4. The writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
