Respondents No.4 & 5 ex parte vide order dated 24.06.2025. __________________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge (oral): Though respondent No.6 has been served for today’s date, but has chosen not to come present, as such, is ordered to be proceeded against ex parte. 2. Though no reply has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, but Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, has made available communication dated 11.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh, to state that vide order dated 11.08.2025, case of the petitioner has been considered and decided by the Directorate of School Education with the further direction to the Principal of the School concerned to do the needful in the matter. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 3. Careful perusal of aforesaid communication as well as order dated 11.08.2025, which are taken on record, reveals that in continuation to Directorate office order dated 13.06.2025, vide which in compliance to the order passed by this Court in CWP No.3463 of 2020 & 2467 of 2015, titled as Balbir Singh Vs. State of H.P., detailed speaking order was issued and SMC G.I.A. was accorded to the petitioner w.e.f. 27.04.2016 to till date i.e. 13.06.2024. Now, in compliance of order passed by this Court, GIA w.e.f. 14.06.2024 has been accorded to the petitioner on SMC basis and he will continue his services in the present School. 4. Since it is quite apparent from the aforesaid communication as well as office order that grant-in-aid w.e.f. 14.06.2024 has been granted to the petitioner and he has been permitted to continue in service at GHS Gehal Demaina, District Sirmaur, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to Principal of the School concerned to ensure that salary, if not already released to the petitioner, is released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks.
