This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following main prayers: "i- issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties not to interfere in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners living as husband and wife and not to cause any unwarranted harassment of the petitioners forever." 3. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions, states that in this case F.I.R. No.470 of 2025 under Section 87, 137(2) of B.N.S., 2023 has been lodged on 30.7.2025 at Police Station Bangarmau, District Unnao. The instructions are taken on record. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
