Heard Sri Sudhakar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Ranjana Srivastava, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. In view of the proposed order, notice to opposite parties No. 4 & 5 is hereby dispensed with. 3. By means of this petition, the petitioner has requested that in the FIR/Case Crime No. 0288/2022 under Sections 419 & 420 I.P.C., Police Station- Baldirai, District Sultanpur, the opposite parties No.2 & 3 may be directed to conduct the fair investigation. 4. Ms. Srivastava, learned AGA has produced a copy of instructions dated 03.06.2025 provided by Mr. Sunil Singh Yadav, Sub Inspector, Police Station Baldirai, Sultanpur, wherein one fact has been indicated in para- 7 thereof that pursuant to the order being passed by the court concerned at Sultanpur dated 13.06.2025, the exercise of further investigation is under way and such further investigation would be conducted and concluded strictly in accordance with law, following the procedure so prescribed. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further stated that the FIR is of 2022, but the investigating agency is supporting the accused persons therefore, till date proper investigation has not been conducted. 6. Be that as it may, since the exercise of further investigation is under way and as per learned AGA, the same is being conducted strictly in accordance with law, therefore, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending any longer, accordingly, the same is disposed of without entering into the merits of the issue. However, it is expected that the police authority/investigating agency shall conduct and conclude the investigation strictly in accordance with law by following the procedure, with expedition.
