The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(i) issue suitable direction commanding to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Original Suit No.48/2022, titled as Ramlali Versus Vijay Prakash and others within specific time frame as court may deem fit, just and proper." 3. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court concerned for early disposal of the suit. The said application, if filed, shall be considered, as per the administrative guidelines issued by this Court, in accordance with law.
