BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MICHAEL ZOTHANKHUMA ORDER Date : 16-07-2025 Heard Mr. S Alom, learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the petitioner had submitted his bid in pursuance to the NIT dated 07.06.2025, for settlement of the Shantijan Bi-Weekly Market, wherein the last date for submission of bids was 25.06.2025. However, as the NIT dated 07.06.2025 was put to challenge by one Ikramul Hussain in WP(C) 3518/2025, on the ground that not enough time had been given to tenderers to submit their bids, this Court, vide order dated 24.06.2025 passed in WP(C) 3518/2025, directed the authorities to allow the bidders to submit their bids till 22.07.2025. 2. The petitioner’s counsel submits that in terms of the order dated 24.06.2025 passed in WP(C) 3518/2025 in relation to the NIT dated 07.06.2025, time for submission of bids has been extended till 2:00 pm of 22.07.2025. However, the petitioner’s bid had been inadvertently opened on 25.06.2025 by the State respondents, thereby enabling all the other bidders to know the bid amount submitted by the petitioner. He accordingly submits that either a fresh NIT should be issued by the respondents or the petitioner should be allowed to submit a fresh bid amount, as the last date of submission of bids has not
