Petition has been filed seeking with the following prayer:- "[1] Issue writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parities to calculate the salary of the petitioner correctly since 29.5.2008 and pay the equal salary of Rs. 66000/- per month instead of Rs. 62200/ along with arrears with all consequential benefits." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no.3 i.e. Director Inspector General of PAC, Lucknow, who shall decide the same expeditiously within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before the said authority. 4.
