This Court finds that neither the complete copy of the order- sheet brought on record to ascertain as to whether there is any deliberate or disobedience of the order passed by the writ Court. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to file a fresh with appropriate and complete order- sheets. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed.
