any witness. 2. The applicant never adopted any dilatory tactics or impeded the process of the trial. 3. The applicant was not aware of the pendency of the criminal proceedings. He was never served summons nor warrants were executed against him. The applicant became aware of the criminal proceedings after the proceedings under Sections 82/83 Cr.P.C. were initiated against him and his family and his property was attached. The applicant on getting knowledge of the aforesaid fact was returning to surrender before the trial when he was arrested. 4. The applicant claims congruency in role and seeks parity in relief granted to the co-accused person- Kalawati who has been granted bail by this Court on 23.09.2024 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 32025 of 2024. 5. The applicant is not a flight risk. The applicant being a law abiding citizen has always cooperated with the investigation and undertakes to cooperate with the court proceedings. There is no possibility of his influencing witnesses, tampering with the evidence or reoffending.
In the light of the preceding discussion and without making any observations on the merits of the case, the bail application is allowed. Let the applicant- Raj be released on bail in the aforesaid
case crime number, on furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court below. Home Deptt. (Application U/S 482 No.2613 of 2023).
