Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed with the following main prayer: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.06.2025 lodged by opposite party no. 4 which was registered as case Crime No. 23 of 2025 under section 115(2), 352, 351(3), 85 B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry prohibition Act, related to Police Station- Mahila Thana, District- Shrawasti as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 & 3 not to arrest the petitioners on the basis of false first Information Report dated 28.06.2025 lodged by opposite party No.4 which was registered case Crime No. 23 of 2025 under section 115(2), 352, 351(3), 85 B.N.S. and 3/4 Dowry prohibition Act, related to Police Station-Mahila Thana, District- Shrawasti as contained in Annexure No. 1 to the writ petition." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in the present case. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by the Sub Inspector, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Shravasti, submits that in this case, Charge Sheet No.25 of 2025 dated 13.7.2025 has been prepared against the accused Sunil Kumar, Hemwati, Anjali and Rani Shukla under various Sections of I.P.C. and Dowry Prohibition Act and the same has been submitted before the Circle Officer concerned. The said instructions are taken on record. 5. The writ petition has become infructuous. It is accordingly dismissed.
