By way of filing of the instant writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the respondents for granting the petitioner the regular pay scale and other annual grade increments. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that during pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has left the post on which she was working and with regard to which the instant petition was filed. Counsel submits that certain [2025:RJ-JP:5417] (2 of 2) [CW-6031/2011] enquiries were initiated against the petitioner but the same were dropped after her reliving from the departments. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and under the changed circumstances, this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 4.
