Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of State-Respondents. This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following main prayers : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties specially opposite party no. 4 not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioner not try to provide possession to the private opposite parties of the writ petition." We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner at some length and have also perused the pleadings on record. It appears that the petitioner is aggrieved by the actions of opposite party nos.5 to 10, who are private respondents. Since the writ petition raises disputed questions of fact which can be adjudicated by a civil court, it is dismissed accordingly, with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum.
