In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private- respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the opposite party i.e. Up Ziladhikari, Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar to expeditiously decide the application dated 23.4.2025 filed by the petitioner in Case No.57 of 2008 (Computerized Case No.T200804407021 (Suleman Versus Akila) under Section 145 Cr.P.C. pertaining to house in question situated in Village Bhiyaon, Pargana Surhurpur, Tehsil Jalalpur, District Ambedkar Nagar, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. It is further submitted that till disposal of the application dated 23.4.2025 pending before the opposite party for releasing the house in question, the petitioner may be permitted to reside in the said house, since the petitioner is forced to live in a Marha/Chhappar in these rainy season." Considering the facts as stated, particularly the period of pendency of the application, which appears to be pending since 23.04.2025, this petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party/ Up Ziladhikari, Tehsil-Jalalpur, District-Ambedkar Nagar, to consider and decide the pending application in issue, quoted in the prayer clause, most expeditiously. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
